The Position
We’re looking for an enthusiastic Junior Lecturer / Academic Owner for Human Resource Management to join our fully remote team!
In this role, you will contribute to the facilitation, assessment, and academic support of students across a range of HRM modules. These may include topics such as recruitment and selection, labour relations, HR technology, performance management, and workplace ethics. You will guide students in developing practical HR knowledge, digital fluency, and the professional skills needed to thrive in modern workplaces.

Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate engaging and interactive online learning sessions for HRM students.
- Support the design and administration of assessments, aligned to module outcomes.
- Provide constructive feedback to enhance student learning and success.
- Assist with the ongoing development and quality assurance of teaching materials.
- Mentor and support students in building confidence with HR practices and digital HR tools.
- Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to ensure student success.
Education & Experience Requirements
- A relevant honours degree in Human Resource Management or Industrial Psychology (a master’s degree would be advantageous).
- Teaching, tutoring, or facilitation experience in higher education or professional learning environments.
- Knowledge of core HR functions (e.g., recruitment, labour law, training, HR systems).
- Familiarity with online learning platforms and digital engagement tools.
- A passion for student learning, development, and academic quality.
