This one-year program provides on-the-job exposure across all contact points with the bank’s customers. As a learner, you will demonstrate:
The programme offers exposure to the Home Loans Sales and Service Enablement areas for 12 months. Successful candidates must commit to completing all academic modules and on-the-job training.
12 months; candidates must be available for the full duration to qualify for graduation.
Successful candidates will receive a monthly stipend.
