Junior Lawyer

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented junior lawyer with relevant legal experience, particularly in litigation, as well as a strong focus on corporate and construction.

The ideal candidate will provide legal support, ensure compliance with applicable regulations, and assist in managing disputes and negotiations.

The position is based in Kempton Park.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Provide legal advice and guidance on corporate and construction-related matters.
2. Draft and review agreements and other legal documents.
3. Represent the company in litigation and dispute resolution processes in SA tribunals.
4. Conduct legal research and stay updated on industry regulations.
5. Assist with risk assessments and ensure compliance with corporate governance standards.
6. Collaborate with internal teams to support legal needs and business operations.

Education Requirements:

A Bachelor of Laws (LLB) is required. A candidate must be an admitted attorney of the high court with at least three years of post-articles experience.
