Job summary

Orion Real Estate Ltd is seeking a Junior IT Technician to provide desktop and networking support and help maintain our IT infrastructure. You will handle end-user requests, assist with hardware and software, and contribute to system backups and security.

You will work with the IT team to implement improvements, monitor connectivity, and educate users on best practices. Training and occasional site travel may be required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of desktop and networking support experience.
• Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems.
• Basic network configuration and troubleshooting knowledge.
• Familiarity with help desk software and ticketing systems.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and resolve end-user support requests via phone, email, or in person.
• Install, configure, and maintain hardware, software, and network systems.
• Perform regular system audits, backups, and upgrades.
• Monitor and troubleshoot network connectivity issues.
• Document support requests and resolutions for future reference.
• Collaborate with a senior IT Technician on projects.
• Educate users and provide training on new technologies.
• Maintain IT inventory including tracking equipment and licenses.
