Overview :

As a Junior Technician you will be an essential part of our support team ensuring the smooth operation of daytoday technical tasks. With an increasing volume of help desk tickets and technical queries this role is designed to support the team by efficiently handling routine tasks allowing senior members to focus on more complex projects. This position offers an opportunity for longterm growth while contributing to the agility and efficiency of the team.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Respond promptly to help desk tickets and technical queries providing timely solutions to ensure minimal downtime for the team.
  • Assist with the troubleshooting of hardware and software issues escalating more complex problems to senior technicians as needed.
  • Handle routine technical tasks and system maintenance to keep operations running smoothly.
  • Provide efficient task management to ensure highpriority items are handled in a timely manner.
  • Assist in maintaining technical documentation for troubleshooting and future reference.
  • Collaborate with senior team members to learn and grow technical skills with the opportunity to take on more responsibility as expertise increases.

Key Qualifications :

  • Basic knowledge of IT systems hardware and software.
  • Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
  • A willingness to learn and grow in a technical support role.
  • Previous experience in a help desk or technical support role is a plus but not required.

Work Schedule :

  • This role requires availability to work US business hours Monday to Friday .
