A leading company in IT is seeking a motivated IT Support Technician to ensure smooth operational systems. The role involves troubleshooting networks, repairing hardware, and supporting users in an accounts environment. Applicants should have 1-2 years of relevant experience and strong communication skills.
We're looking for a motivated and adaptable IT Support Technician with experience working in an accounts environment. You'll be responsible for ensuring our systems run smoothly, from setting up networks to fixing hardware and supporting our users.
Key Responsibilities :
Set up and troubleshoot computer networks (including VLANs, VPNs, IP addressing).
Diagnose and repair desktop, laptop, and network hardware.
Install and configure operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and essential software.
Manage user accounts and groups in Microsoft Active Directory and Microsoft 365.
Provide support for mobile devices (Android / iOS) and company applications.
Maintain accurate records of IT equipment.
Requirements :
1-2 years of experience in IT support or networking.
Proven experience working in an accounts environment.
Strong understanding of networking, Active Directory, and Microsoft 365.
Familiarity with hardware repair and software installation.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
