IntroductionOur client is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior IT Support professional to join their team.
The ideal candidate will have 3-4 years of hands-on experience with Microsoft and possess the skills necessary to set up, configure tenants, maintain, and monitor networks and servers.
This role requires a strong attention to detail, the ability to work efficiently under pressure, and a commitment to delivering excellent service to the companies clients Duties & ResponsibilitiesMicrosoft : Utilize your in-depth knowledge of Microsoft to set up, configure, and troubleshoot M tenants for the companies clients.Attention to Detail : Maintain a keen eye for detail when working on client projects, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks.Client SLA Management : Collaborate with team members to establish and maintain Service Level Agreements (SLAs) with clients, ensuring that all commitments are met or exceeded.Network and Server Monitoring : Monitor client networks and servers to proactively identify and address issues, ensuring optimal performance and reliability.Maintenance Tasks : Execute routine maintenance tasks to keep client systems and networks running smoothly, including updates, patches, and system optimizations.Problem Solving : Diagnose and resolve IT-related issues efficiently, both independently and as part of a team.Documentation : Maintain accurate documentation of configurations, changes, and procedures for client environments.Customer Service : Provide exceptional customer service, effectively communicating with clients to understand their needs and resolve their IT concerns.Team Collaboration : Collaborate with senior IT support staff to learn and grow your skills while contributing to team projects and goals.
