Job description

JUNIOR IT FACILITIES COORDINATOR / EAST LONDON – Our Client is looking for a motivated and tech-savvy Junior IT Facilities Coordinator to assist in maintaining and supporting the IT and facilities systems within their automotive dealership.

This is a great opportunity for someone eager to grow in IT support, gain hands-on experience, and work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Requirements:
  1. Matric
  2. Valid driver's license
  3. Basic knowledge of computer systems, printers, and network devices.
  4. Interest in IT support or facilities coordination, ideally with a relevant certificate or diploma (e.g., IT Technician, A+ or N+).
  5. Ability to work well in a team and follow processes.
  6. Minimum of 2 years' experience in IT support or facilities coordination, preferably in the automotive or retail environment.
  7. Working knowledge of dealership systems (e.g., DMS), basic networking, and IT hardware/software (advantage).
  8. Proficient in Microsoft Office, Word, Outlook, Excel.
  9. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills.
  10. Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and non-technical staff.
  11. Understanding of facilities management practices and health & safety standards.
  12. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

Salary: Market related
