Hillingdale Capital in Cape Town seeks a Junior Investment Analyst to join its front-office, sell-side oriented team. From day one you will work on live corporate finance and project finance transactions across Africa and Europe, originating and executing debt and equity raises and engaging with institutional investors.

You will build financial models, perform due diligence, and participate in all stages of the deal process, developing relationships with banks, DFIs and clients in a fast-paced,

• Strong analytical and commercial judgement.

Responsabilidades

• Analyze companies, projects and investment opportunities across sectors.
• Build and review financial models, valuations and transaction structures.
• Prepare investment memoranda, teasers and investor presentations.
• Execute debt and equity capital raises from inception to close.
• Conduct commercial, financial and market due diligence.
• Engage directly with institutional investors.
• Participate in management meetings, investor presentations and negotiations.
• Lead business development and identify new transaction opportunities.
• Manage live transaction processes, data rooms and investor communications.
