Role Outline

Lead and manage all inventory control activities to ensure stock accuracy, inventory integrity, and compliance with customer and DHL requirements. Responsible for minimizing stock loss, managing inventory risks, supervising the inventory team, and driving continuous improvement within the warehouse operation. To ensure duties are carried out to agreed levels of performance and contribute to the continuous improvement of the Inventory processes. To plan, co-ordinate, supervise and report upon the work activities of the Inventory Team. Provide effective communication, leadership, motivation, training and development. To ensure all documentation is collected, collated and accurately presented according to the Company procedures and standards. To maintain stock integrity within the Warehouse and reconcile all stock differences, so as to minimize losses to the Company. To support and enforce the business SHEQ and Legal objectives. Manage employees to perform their tasks / job descriptions, ensuring product safety, quality and integrity. To encourage employees to highlight incidents of deliberate pilferages and damages.
