Junior Interior Designer / Showroom Assistant

We are seeking a cheerful and bubbly Junior Interior Designer / Showroom Assistant to join our team.

This role is perfect for a creative professional with strong technical skills and a passion for design.

Key Responsibilities

1. Design & Drafting: Assist in creating detailed floor plans, elevations, and 3D models using Revit and other rendering software. Collaborate on conceptual designs, mood boards, and presentations for client approval.
2. Showroom Assistance: Maintain the showroom's appearance and ensure all samples, materials, and displays are well-organized and up-to-date. Assist clients visiting the showroom by answering questions, providing product information, and offering design advice.
3. Client Interaction: Support senior designers in client consultations and meetings. Respond to inquiries via email, phone, or in person professionally and efficiently.
4. Project Coordination: Liaise with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure the timely delivery of materials and project milestones. Conduct site visits to assist with measurements, installations, and quality checks.
5. Administrative Support: Organise and maintain project files, schedules, and documentation. Assist in preparing quotes, invoices, and purchase orders.

Requirements

• Own laptop capable of running Revit and rendering software.
• Strong proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and rendering software (e.g., 5D Render, Lumion, or similar).
• Proven drafting experience with a portfolio showcasing technical skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver's license and own vehicle for commuting and site visits.

Preferred Skills

• Knowledge of interior design trends, materials, and finishes.
• Familiarity with creating design presentations.
