• Trademark Prosecution: conducting searches, filing, and managing portfolios.
• Patent Work: assisting with patent searches, drafting, and filing processes.
• IP Transactions: drafting licensing agreements and confidentiality agreements.
• Litigation Support: assisting with infringement cases, oppositions, and domain name disputes.
• Client Management: advising clients on securing and enforcing IP rights.
