Job Description:

The Junior Influencer Marketing Specialist will support the management of our influencer and affiliate marketing program. This role includes identifying suitable content creators, evaluating their fit, coordinating deliverables, and maintaining strong relationships with them over time. The successful candidate will work closely with social media and performance marketing teams to ensure influencer content can be repurposed for broader marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

General duties and responsibilities of a Junior Influencer Marketing Specialist at Pineapple include but are not limited to:

Influencer Discovery, Vetting & Onboarding

• Use discovery tools and social platforms to identify potential influencer partners.
• Assess creators based on audience quality, engagement, brand safety, and content alignment.
• Prioritise creators suitable for long-term brand partnerships.
• Manage onboarding processes including outreach, briefing, contracting, and payment setup.
• Coordinate influencer deliverables (e.g., posts, stories, videos) and ensure brand consistency.
• Review and approve influencer content prior to publication.
• Track campaign activity, timelines, and performance metrics.

Relationship Management

• Serve as the primary point of contact for influencer partners.
• Build and maintain strong relationships for ongoing collaborations.
• Maintain an updated influencer database with performance and engagement data.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop creative briefs and content ideas.
• Identify high-performing influencer content for use in other marketing channels.
• Ensure influencer content is suitable for adaptation into advertising assets.

Platform & Reporting Management

• Use influencer marketing platforms for campaign management, communication, and tracking.
• Produce reports summarising results, ROI, and key takeaways.
• Identify opportunities for campaign optimisation and content enhancement.

Qualifications and Experience Required:

Education: Degree or diploma in marketing, communications, digital media, or a related

field (preferred).

Experience: 0 - 2 years work experience in the related field.

Skills and Competencies Required:

• Familiarity with influencer marketing tools/platforms.
• Understanding of how influencer content can support broader marketing efforts.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Passion for social media, content trends, and local digital culture.
