Junior Industrial Multidisciplinary Automation Manufacturing Operations Manager

Requirements:
- Must be willing to relocate to JHB North if needed.
- Must have either a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, or a Senior Accounting Degree – please send a copy.
- Must have 3-5+ years of experience as a Multidisciplinary Engineering Manufacturing Operations Manager, with a focus on enhancing and streamlining operations to improve productivity.
- Excellent communication skills, detailed reporting, and experience in preparing and presenting reports to the CEO.
- Experience in budget management and cost control.

Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning and Development: Develop long-term goals, analyze market trends, formulate strategies, set measurable objectives, collaborate with management, oversee inventory and logistics, implement best practices, monitor performance, utilize technology, and ensure optimal resource allocation.
- Leadership and Supervision: Guide and inspire teams, supervise staff, evaluate performance, provide training, and foster a collaborative workplace culture.
- Communication and Reporting: Ensure smooth information flow, prepare and present reports, coordinate across departments, handle conflicts, and provide feedback.
Necessary skills include analytical and problem-solving abilities, leadership, interpersonal skills, proficiency in project management and operational systems, and adaptability to change. Focus on process improvements, leveraging technology, and resource optimization to enhance efficiency.
The role involves managing ongoing operations and facing challenges such as technological changes, team management, and regulatory compliance.
Compensation
Monthly Salary: R 35,000 – R 47,000 CTC (non-negotiable, based on experience and skills). Discretionary annual performance bonus. Pension scheme deductions apply.
