Job summary

A leading financial services firm in Pretoria seeks an experienced advisor to provide financial advice on investment and long-term insurance products. The ideal candidate will have a customer service background along with relevant qualifications. This position requires a requirement for effective communication and problem-solving abilities. Preference will be given to candidates from designated groups per Employment Equity goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an advice-giving role on Investments and Long-term insurance or similar.
• Customer service experience is essential.
• Previous call centre experience preferred.

Drafting of Records of advice

Dealing with client queries and complaints on all levels in a competent, efficient and professional way, in accordance with the quality standards that are in place and in accordance with the values of Alexforbes.

Qualifications

Required Competencies & Personal Attributes:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an advice-giving role on Investments and Long-term insurance or similar.
• Customer service experience is essential
• Previous call centre experience - preferably in a client centric or sales environment
• Experience with complaints resolution will be advantageous.
• Responsible to assisting direct clients with queries related to their current investments with Alexforbes Invest
