Location: Remote

Employment Type: Full-time

Overview: TalentPop App is seeking a dedicated Junior HR Specialist to support and manage our member benefits plans. You will collaborate across teams, ensure effective communication regarding benefits, and provide reliable support on related matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist with scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and HR correspondence.
  2. Manage health insurance, PTO policies, wellness programs, and handle provider inquiries, ensuring compliance.
  3. Create and distribute benefits materials, lead employee sessions, and serve as the primary benefits contact.
  4. Analyze benefits data, identify trends, and prepare reports for management.

Qualifications:

  1. 1-2 years of HR or benefits administration experience.
  2. Strong understanding of employee benefits programs.
  3. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  4. Ability to analyze data and generate reports.
  5. Familiarity with HR software is a plus.

Technical Requirements:

  1. PC or laptop with at least an Intel Core i5 processor or equivalent.
  2. Minimum internet speed of 20 Mbps for upload and download.
