Location: Remote

Employment Type: Full-time

Overview: TalentPop App is seeking a dedicated Junior HR Specialist to support our member benefits plans. You will collaborate across teams, ensure smooth communication regarding benefits, and provide reliable support on related matters.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist with scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and handling HR correspondence.
  2. Manage health insurance, PTO policies, and wellness programs. Collaborate with providers for enrollments, deletions, and inquiries, ensuring compliance.
  3. Create and distribute benefits materials, lead employee sessions, and serve as the primary contact for benefits inquiries.
  4. Analyze benefits data, identify trends, and prepare reports for management.

Qualifications:

  1. 1-2 years of HR or benefits administration experience.
  2. Strong understanding of employee benefits programs.
  3. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  4. Ability to analyze data and prepare reports effectively.
  5. Familiarity with HR software is a plus.

Technical Requirements:

  1. Own PC or laptop with at least an Intel Core i5 processor or equivalent.
  2. Minimum internet speed of 20 Mbps for upload and download.
