Key Responsibilities:

  • Support improvements in billing, scheduling, and workflow processes
  • Assist with integrating tools like GoHighLevel, Office Ally, and Monday.com
  • Help maintain relationships with vendors like our billing company
  • Contribute to SOP creation and documentation
  • Provide support for new hire onboarding and team coordination
  • Assist in executing marketing campaigns and tracking basic performance metrics
  • Collaborate on identifying ways to improve operational efficiency

Qualifications:
