Junior Graphic Designer

Key Responsibilities :

• Assist in creating visual content for various platforms and mediums, including digital and print materials, social media graphics, website assets, and presentations.
• Collaborate with senior designers and marketing team members to translate marketing and branding strategies into engaging visual designs.
• Support in developing and maintaining brand consistency across all channels.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and creative meetings to generate ideas and concepts for new projects.
• Prepare final artwork files for production, ensuring accuracy and adherence to design specifications.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and design software / tools to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements :

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong creative and conceptual skills with a keen eye for detail and typography.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
• Ability to take direction and constructive feedback positively and proactively.
• A portfolio showcasing previous design work and projects is required.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, social media platforms, and design trends is a plus.
