Job summary

Cre8work! is seeking a motivated Junior Graphic Designer to support the design team in creating engaging visual content for digital and print platforms while maintaining brand consistency across communications.

The role involves assisting with concepts, adapting designs for different formats, and collaborating with marketing and content teams. Applicants should have a relevant diploma/degree and 2–3 years of experience, with proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.
• 2–3 years of graphic design experience; internships and freelance experience are welcome.
• Proficiency in design software: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; basic knowledge of Figma/Canva is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of typography, colour theory, composition and visual hierarchy.

Responsibilities

• Create graphics for social media, websites, email campaigns, presentations, advertisements and other marketing materials.
• Assist with development of creative concepts and visual campaigns.
• Adapt existing designs into different formats and sizes for various platforms.
• Maintain brand guidelines and ensure consistency across all designs.
