Junior Firefighters will respond to various fire-related and hazardous incidents while participating in training, prevention, and maintenance activities.

Responsibilities

1. Respond to fires, rescues, and emergency humanitarian incidents under supervision.
2. Operate firefighting and rescue equipment, including breathing apparatus and extinguishing systems.
3. Deliver basic medical assistance, resuscitation, and casualty extrication as needed.
4. Participate in simulation drills, physical training, and ongoing skills development.
5. Train staff on fire safety and firefighting best practices.
6. Conduct inspections for health, safety, and fire prevention.
7. Maintain firefighting vehicles and equipment for readiness.
8. Complete digital incident reports and logs.
9. Support hazmat responses and implement safety protocols.

Qualifications

1. Education and Certification

• Valid, unendorsed driver's license.
• First Aid Levels 1–3 and EMT certification.
• Hazmat knowledge and training.

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant firefighting experience.
• Advanced driving skills are advantageous.
• Strong understanding of fire systems, chemistry of fire, and fire prevention protocols.
• Familiarity with safety procedures and regulatory codes in the security industry.
