Job summary

Communicate Recruitment is seeking a detail-oriented finance professional to support management accounting and internal reporting in Cape Town. You will assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts, reconcilations, and the preparation of customized financial presentations for clients.

You'll maintain BBBEE reporting information, support audit preparations, and help with ad hoc reporting projects. Proficiency in Excel and experience with Navision are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Experience in reporting, management accounting, or finance administration (advantageous)
• Strong Excel skills with a keen eye for detail
• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to manage deadlines and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience with financial systems such as Navision (beneficial)

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management accounts.
• Compile and reconcile financial information for internal reporting purposes.
• Support client-specific financial reporting and analysis.
• Assist in preparing customized reports and financial presentations.
• Update BBBEE reporting information and supporting documentation.
• Assist with audit preparations and financial schedules.
• Maintain client contract databases and renewal tracking.
• Support the finance team with ad hoc reporting and analysis projects.
