Oversee and manage the financial reporting process - timely reporting on daily, weekly and monthly management reports.

Ensure compliance with GAAP and other relevant financial regulations.

Develop and maintain internal financial controls and policies - a strong emphasis on implementing the necessary systems in accordance.

Monitor and report on production costs, identifying opportunities for savings and efficiency.

Ensure accurate cost accounting and inventory valuation.

Ensure compliance with tax laws, VAT regulations, and company financial policies - including overseeing monthly submissions and returns.

Lead, mentor, and develop the finance team.

Work closely with production, procurement, and operations teams to ensure financial efficiency.

Drive process improvements within the finance department.

Oversee monthly payroll.

Prepare for and assist with yearly audits.

Bachelors degree in finance, accounting, or a related field.

Must have a strong finance acumen with at least 3 years experience.

Professional qualification (PA(SA), CIMA) is preferred.

Strong knowledge of financial regulations, cost accounting, and financial reporting.

Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Excel skills.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Fluent in Afrikaans and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Proven leadership skills.

Willingness to travel when required.
