Placements24 is seeking a junior financial analyst to join our finance team in Upington. This hybrid role offers exposure to budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis while supporting senior analysts.

You will gather data, prepare reports, and help build financial models, contributing to strategic decisions for the Northern Cape region. A Bachelor's degree and 0–3 years' experience, plus strong Excel, are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• 0–3 years of relevant experience in financial analysis or related role.
• Strong analytical skills and Excel proficiency.
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Eager to learn and develop in finance.

Responsibilities

• Assist in budgets and forecasts; analyze variances.
