Placements24 is seeking a motivated Graduate Accountant to join their Randburg finance team. This entry-level role provides a solid foundation in accounting, including payables, reconciliations, and financial reporting, with hybrid office/remote flexibility.

You will support monthly and annual statements, assist with audit preparations, and help maintain accurate records while developing analytical and technical skills under mentorship.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial concepts.
• Proficiency in Excel and basic accounting software.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a hybrid setting.

Responsibilities

• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Perform bank reconciliations and GL entries.
• Assist with monthly and annual financial statements.
• Support audits and compliance activities.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting.
