Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Finance Generalist to join our team. The successful candidate will support a broad range of finance functions, including financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, compliance, and operational finance tasks. This role is ideal for a recent graduate or early-career professional with a strong interest in finance who is looking to build a well‑rounded foundation in a dynamic business environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with the preparation of financial reports, management accounts, and performance analysis.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
• Monitor financial markets, economic trends, and key business metrics.
• Help maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements.
• Perform financial reconciliations and assist with month‑end and year‑end closing processes.
• Conduct ad‑hoc financial analysis and provide insights to support decision‑making.
• Collaborate with various departments (operations, sales, procurement, etc.) on finance‑related matters.
• Prepare presentations and financial summaries for management and stakeholders.
• Stay updated on financial regulations, accounting standards, and industry best practices.

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of financial statements, markets, and economic principles.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
