Your Key Responsibilities

• Monitor key financial KPIs and support monthly performance reviews
• Prepare and analyze reports, dashboards, and YTD data
• Manage cost centers, creditors/debtors, and ensure accurate reconciliations
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Collaborate with operations, procurement, and other departments to provide financial insights
• Support month-end closings, journal entries, and statutory returns (e.g. VAT)
• Contribute to process improvements and automation of reporting tools
• Assist in internal and external audits and ensure compliance with financial policies

Your Qualifications

• 1–3 years in controlling, finance, or accounting
• Strong Excel skills; SAP experience is a plus
• Analytical mindset and eagerness to learn
