Job description

We are looking for a Junior Finance Assistant to join our Finance team.

The ideal candidate should be organised with good attention to detail, be competent working in Microsoft Excel, and have the willingness to gain an understanding of basic financial principles. The successful candidate should be able to handle routine administrative tasks and the preparation of information for regular financial reporting and payroll.

Duties will include, but may not be limited to :

• Collect and process data for financial spreadsheets.
• Assist with timesheet and payroll administration.
• Support the Accountant in preparing revenue reports.
• Organize, archive, and manage financial records.
• Gather and process information to assist with ad hoc queries.
• Perform routine calculations and analyses as requested.
