Job summary

Sandi Crowther Recruitment is seeking a passionate Junior Fashion Designer to join a Durban clothing manufacturer. You will assist with designing ladieswear ranges and developing samples, ensuring designs align with current fashion trends.

You will research trends, colours, fabrics and styles, support development with merchandising and production teams, and help bring new ranges to life in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Pattern making experience is required.
• A keen interest and passion for fashion design.
• Strong creative flair and attention to detail.
• Some fashion design experience would be advantageous.
• Good understanding of current ladieswear trends.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
• Valid drivers licence.
