About The Role

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Junior Facilities Manager who will be accountable for managing a team that plans, co-ordinates and controls all technical and facilities management activities on behalf of our client.

What You Will Bring

Inherent requirements for the position (non-negotiable)

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in managing properties from a technical perspective.
  • Minimum qualification Grade 12.
  • Tertiary electrical, mechanical and/or qualification
  • Construction background essential.
  • Must have a good knowledge of the OHS Act
