Hospitality Hire is searching for a vibrant Sales Executive to join a forward-thinking Hotel Group in Cape Town with a Wide Range of Hotels, Restaurants & Event Spaces You'll Be Promoting

We’re looking for an enthusiastic go-getter to take the lead in promoting and selling restaurant spaces and boutique hotel venues for everything from product launches and fashion activations to art exhibitions, weddings, and private dinners .

What You'll Be Doing :

  • Driving new business for a collection of restaurants and venue spaces
  • Selling event spaces for niche activations – think high-end launches, creative gatherings, and standout celebrations
  • Creating customised proposals and polished presentations tailored to each client’s vision
  • Hosting site inspections , attending industry events, and growing your contact base
  • Working closely with the marketing, F&B, and operations teams to ensure seamless event execution
  • Maintaining and tracking leads, contacts, and activities using internal sales tools
  • Supporting the broader sales team on corporate and leisure sales initiatives as needed

What You Bring to the Table :

  • 1–2 years’ experience in F&B, events, weddings, or activation-related sales
  • A true passion for the hospitality and events industry
  • Confidence, warmth, and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Strong writing, presentation, and organisational abilities
  • Proactive energy with an eye for detail and an ability to manage time independently
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays when events are on the go
