Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum 1 year of experience in distribution planning, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of logistics, distribution planning, and expediting processes.
• Exposure to data analysis and reporting.
• Familiarity with transportation management systems and supply chain optimization.

Core Responsibilities

Distribution Planning

• Assist in executing delivery plans and optimizing routes.
• Coordinate inventory, production, warehousing, and transport.

Expediting Services

• Fast-track orders to meet urgent needs.
• Resolve delivery issues with suppliers and carriers.
• Provide shipment updates to stakeholders.

Operational Events

• Support handling of delays and disruptions.
• Assist in contingency planning and issue resolution.

Ad Hoc Orders

• Plan and manage urgent, unplanned deliveries.
• Ensure timely execution and accurate tracking.

Data & Reporting

• Maintain records of orders, schedules, and inventory.
• Assist with performance reporting and data analysis.

Collaboration

• Align with internal teams and external partners.
• Communicate effectively to ensure smooth operations.
