The Quest:

We're now looking for a Junior Developer who can double as an Application Support Engineer—someone with a passion for automation, DevOps who’s not afraid to get their hands dirty in code, loves figuring things out, and can help us make our services smarter, faster, and more secure.

· Automate All the Things: Eliminate manual toil by scripting deployments, monitoring, and fixes.

· Support & Troubleshoot: Be the friendly ghost who helps resolve application issues.

·️ Work on infrastructure automation and deployments across AWS and Azure cloud environments.

·️ DevOps Playground: Learn CI/CD, IaC (Terraform), containerization (Docker/K8s) and using tools like Ansible, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD.

· Collaborate: Build internal tools that make everyone’s job easier.

· Stay hungry to learn. Explore new frameworks, tools, and best practices—and teach us what you find.

Your Arsenal (what We’re Looking For)

Coding Spells:PowerShell & Python are your go-to wands. Bonus points if you’ve dabbled in Ansible, Bash or Terraform or convince us of a better tool.

Cloud Familiarity:A foundational understanding of DevOps tools or cloud services i.e. You’ve played with AWS/Azure (even if it's from a lab or side project).

Git-fu:You know your way around GitHub/GitLab (commit messages like “fixed stuff” are a no-go).

Support Mindset:You don’t just build things—youownthem. You’re happy to troubleshoot, document, and improve.

Self-Starter:You learn fast, break things (safely), and askwhybeforehow.

Education:A3-year IT diploma, degree, or equivalent cert(or you’rethis closeand have the skills to prove it).

• Familiarity with Ansible, containerization (Docker), infrastructure as code (Terraform), or CI/CD tools.
• Experience with security tooling (Prometheus, Grafana), identity management, or interest in the cybersecurity space.
• Contributed to open-source or public GitHub repos.
• A personal blog or GitHub README where you show off your tech journey.

·Basic networking knowledge (VPNs, subnets, security groups) and Operating Systems (Windows, Unix, Linux, MacOS even Mainframes)
