Responsibilities include managing the POP mailbox, filing payments, and capturing invoices. Candidates should have a Matric Certificate and prior experience in accounting or admin is preferred. Reliable transport and a valid driver’s license are also required.

Responsibilities

• Manage the POP mailbox daily.
• File all proof of payments daily.
• Match payments daily.
• Process general queries and reconciliation.
• Capture invoices on identified accounts.
• Assist with daily printing and allocations.
• File monthly accounts.

• Daily filing of all proof of payments
• Daily matching of Payments
• General Queries (processing + reconciliation)
• Assisting in capturing invoices on identified accounts
• Assist with Daily printing and daily allocations.
