Job Description:
We are seeking a Junior Creditors Clerk and an administrative Support to join our team in Century City. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented individual who thrives in a structured environment and wants to grow in the finance and administrative field.
Employment Type: Full-Time | 3-Month Contract (with potential for permanent placement)
Key Responsibilities:
• Load and process purchase orders in Sage
• Match and process supplier invoices accurately
• Upload invoices and PODs to Microsoft 365
• Update item codes and pricing
• Scan and upload staff files for record-keeping
• Resolve creditor queries efficiently
• Provide general administrative support across departments
Requirements:
• Matric (Grade 12)
• 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience
• Proficient in Excel and computer-literate
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proactive, reliable, and able to work both independently and in a team
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
