Key Responsibilities:

1. Creditor Management: Handle the full creditors function, including processing invoices, reconciling statements, and resolving discrepancies.
2. Payments: Prepare and process payment runs, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
3. Supplier Relations: Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, addressing any issues promptly and professionally.
4. Financial Reporting: Assist with month-end closing procedures and prepare reports as required.
5. Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the overall efficiency of the finance department.

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. Education: MUST HAVE a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Financial Management, or a related field (e.g., BCom Accounting). Please do not apply for this role if you have not yet completed a degree in finance.
2. Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in creditors, preferably in a fast-paced IT or similar environment.
3. Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in financial software and MS Office Suite.
4. Personal Attributes: Proactive, problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work well under pressure.
5. Other Requirements: Valid driver's license and own vehicle.
