Key Responsibilities :

• Creditor Management : Handle the full creditors function, including processing invoices, reconciling statements, and resolving discrepancies.
• Payments : Prepare and process payment runs, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Supplier Relations : Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, addressing any issues promptly and professionally.
• Financial Reporting : Assist with month-end closing procedures and prepare reports as required.
• Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the overall efficiency of the finance department.

Qualifications and Requirements :

• Education : MUST HAVE a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Financial Management, or a related field (e.g., BCom Accounting). (Please do not apply for this role if you have not yet completed a degree in finance).
• Experience : Minimum of 1 year of experience in creditors , preferably in a fast-paced IT or similar environment.
• Skills : Strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and proficiency in financial software and MS Office Suite.
• Personal Attributes : Proactive, problem-solving mindset, and the ability to work well under pressure.
• Other Requirements : Valid driver's license and own vehicle.
