Job Description: Junior Contracts Coordinator

My client, a company specializing in earthing and lightning protection, is seeking a Junior Contracts Coordinator with a background in Construction and Electrical fields.

Duties & Responsibilities
  1. Effective planning of teams to ensure efficient use of time, maximizing productivity to complete projects promptly and meet targets.
  2. Quality control of physical works and installations on site.
  3. Overseeing outstanding work per project.
  4. Conducting AMTs, inspections, testing, and compiling reports.
  5. Conducting soil resistivity surveys.
  6. Controlling the installation of materials and equipment to ensure compliance with drawings and site specifications.
  7. Providing on-site supervision for larger projects, which may require staying on site (including out of town) until project completion.
  8. Managing stock control, administration, and related paperwork, ensuring timely, neat, and accurate submissions.
Desired Experience & Qualifications
  • Background in Construction and Electrical fields is advantageous.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
