Our legal client is looking for a Junior Compliance Officer will support the company in adhering to FICA regulations and other compliance standards.

Key responsibilities include assisting with compliance programs, conducting audits, and handling FICA-related matters to ensure legal and regulatory compliance.

Salary Up to R400 000 CTC (Depends on experience and Qualification.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2-3 years of compliance experience, preferably with FICA exposure.
  • Strong knowledge of FICA regulations.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Eagerness to learn in a dynamic environment.
  • Compliance or anti-money laundering certification (e.g., CAMS) is a plus.
