We understand the need to provide a flexible working environment partnered with team collaboration and socialisation . Therefore, we operate a hybrid working model with 3 days of working from home per week. This role is based in the Johannesburg office.
Position Overview
As a Junior Compliance Administrator, you will play a vital part in managing documentation and processes related to NRSO and CPR compliance applications. From managing time-sensitive paperwork to engaging with registrars and clients, your role will require accuracy, consistency, and the ability to perform under pressure.
You'll work closely with internal teams and external bodies, ensuring that all compliance documentation is complete, accurate, and submitted on time.
Responsibilities
Process documentation from initial fingerprint capture to submission to the appropriate registrars
Coordinate follow-ups for NRSO and CPR applications
Maintain detailed and accurate filing systems
Engage with registrars to deliver or collect application materials
Liaise with internal teams and clients to gather missing information
Ensure all documentation meets regulatory and legal standards before submission
Monitor and adhere to submission timelines (e.g., documents captured Monday to be submitted by the following Monday)
Support the team with general compliance administration and reporting
Requirements
Matric certificate
Valid driver’s license with own reliable transport (travel to registrars may be required)
Computer literacy in Office 365 — especially Excel, Word, and Outlook
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong telephone and interpersonal skills
High level of attention to detail and accuracy
Strong organisational and multitasking skills
Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Friendly and professional personality
