Junior Commercial Attorney

Junior Commercial Attorney required in Randburg, Johannesburg.

Minimum Requirements:

• Presentable and professional, with positive attitude.
• Excellent business English proficiency.
• Bachelor of Laws (LLB) Degree completed, and admitted as an Attorney a must.
• 1 to 3 years post admission experience a must.
• Interested in Commercial Law and Commercial Litigation a must (experience highly advantageous).
• Good grasp of commercial transactions.
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle.
• Stable employment record and contactable references.
• Residing with daily commuting distance from Randburg.
• Seeking long term commitment with firm (Growth opportunity).
• To start as soon as possible.

Duties and Responssibilities:

• Handling mainly Commercial Law and Commercial Litigation matters for small law firm.
• Drafting legal contracts, pleadings and documents.
• Court attendances and appearances.
• General attorney duties.

Salary: R15 000 gross (Slightly negotiable depending on post admission Commercial Law experience). Salary to be renegotiated after 6 months, depending on performance.
