Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or closely related field.
• Eagerness to learn and develop expertise across civil disciplines.
• Fundamental CAD skills (AutoCAD or similar) are beneficial.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills for teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior engineers with design drawings, calculations, and specs.
• Conduct site visits to collect data and monitor progress.
• Carry out basic grading, drainage, and earthwork calculations.
• Prepare project documents, reports and meeting minutes.
• Learn and apply design software under supervision.
• Support adherence to quality and safety standards.
