Lindt & Sprüngli (South Africa) (Pty) Ltd (Lindt SA) started operations in May 2011 and is part of the Lindt & Sprüngli group. Based in Cape Town, with a regional presence in Johannesburg, Durban, and Port Elizabeth, and 16 Lindt retail stores, the company employs over 150 staff.

Position Purpose

Assist in producing high-quality fresh line products according to Lindt’s standards, support product presentation and sales, and facilitate chocolate tasting classes to enhance customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Assist in the production of fresh line products for the store.
2. Help introduce customers to the Lindt Difference.
3. Ensure all equipment and ingredients are available for daily operations.
4. Record quantities of ingredients and products used.
5. Support customer service in the boutique as needed.
6. Maintain cleanliness of work stations.
7. Assist with stock level recording.
8. Handle banking duties in the absence of the Chocolate Advisor.
