Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering is required.
• 0-3 years of experience in chemical engineering or manufacturing.
• Basic understanding of chemical processes, unit operations, and thermodynamics.
• Familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel) is a plus.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist senior engineers in collecting and analyzing process data to identify areas for improvement.
• Support the implementation of process modifications and optimization projects.
• Participate in plant troubleshooting efforts and contribute to problem-solving initiatives.
• Help develop and update process documentation, including flow diagrams and operating procedures.
• Conduct literature reviews and research on new technologies relevant to process enhancement.
• Ensure adherence to all safety and environmental protocols during project execution.
