• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with process simulation software is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the analysis of existing chemical processes to identify areas for improvement.
• Support senior engineers in designing and implementing process modifications.
• Collect and analyze process data to track performance and identify trends.
• Conduct literature reviews and research on new technologies relevant to process improvement.
• Participate in troubleshooting operational issues and assist in developing solutions.
• Help prepare process documentation, including P&IDs and operating procedures.
• Ensure adherence to safety and environmental protocols during all activities.
• Collaborate with plant operators and technicians to understand operational challenges.
• Contribute to team meetings and report on progress of assigned tasks.
