Qualifications

• Ability to follow recipes and maintain high presentation and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Assist in food preparation according to recipes and senior chefs' standards.
• Support Chef de Partie or station chefs in smooth service and plating.
• Learn and develop cooking techniques under guidance of experienced chefs.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, equipment and storage areas.
• Assist in menu execution, portions, and presentation during service periods.
• Ensure all dishes meet quality, flavour and consistency requirements.
• Adhere to health and safety protocols and food safety regulations.
• Assist with stock rotation, labeling and inventory control in their section.
• Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure efficient operation in a fast-paced environment.
