Description: A Junior Chartered Accountant (CA) who has completed their articles is an entry-level professional with foundational experience in accounting, auditing, taxation, and financial reporting. They support senior accountants and finance managers in ensuring compliance, preparing financial statements, and analysing financial data to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and review financial statements in accordance with IFRS or local GAAP.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
• Conduct variance analysis and assist in budgeting and forecasting.
• Support internal and external audits by preparing audit files and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and assist in tax computations and submissions.
• Maintain accurate general ledger accounts and perform reconciliations.
• Analyse financial data and provide insights to improve financial performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial planning and analysis.

Requirements:
• Completed SAICA/SAIPA articles at a recognized audit or accounting firm.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related field.
• Passed or in the process of completing the CA(SA) qualification.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting standards.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., CaseWare, SAP, Sage, or Pastel).
• Advanced Excel skills and analytical thinking.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
