Junior Campaign Manager

Role: Junior Campaign Manager

Reporting to: Head of Services/Agency Performance Lead

Location: Bucharest, Romania

Overview:

Manages the implementation, monitoring and optimization of Google, Facebook, Tik Tok, LinkedIn, Twitter or any other media channel assigned by the Agency Performance Lead or Head of Services.

Responsibilities:

1. Manages the implementation and configuration of campaigns;
2. Optimizes campaigns across channels and delivery systems and inventory types to ensure they meet committed customer performance expectations;
3. Monitors the progress of the campaign as agreed with the planners;
4. Formulates requirements for tracking (including generating scripts and verifying script implementation on client sites);
5. Manages reporting on campaign performance and performance indicators;
6. Manages financial reporting using the CSS agency.

Education, skills and behaviours:

1. Native Romanian;
2. Ideally, a degree in computer science, mathematical economics, statistics or engineering;
3. 1+ years of experience in a similar role;
4. Numerate and analytical;
5. Proficient in English;
6. PC literate (Excel, PowerPoint, Word);
7. Demonstrable account management skills;
8. Very good communication skills;
9. Good analytical skills to identify consumer journey planning;
10. Good target orientation, e.g., very results driven, ability to work effectively to targets.
