Job summary

MPRTC Recruitment is seeking a detail-oriented Procurement Administrator in Gauteng to manage BBBEE spend reporting, certificate compliance, and supplier coordination. The role includes updating SAP with BBBEE levels and handling purchase orders.

You will liaise with suppliers, generate monthly expediting and executive reports, and ensure alignment with internal processes. A Diploma in Supply Chain or related field and strong Excel skills are required.

Job description

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate monthly reports on BBBEE spend and expired certificates
• File and maintain supplier certificates, ensuring compliance with BBBEE requirements
• Update SAP with suppliers' latest BBBEE levels
• Liaise with suppliers to obtain updated certificates
• Process and generate purchase orders, ensuring accuracy against quotes
• Print and distribute purchase orders to suppliers (where not automated)
• Assist with issuing tenders and monthly premium schedules
• Ensure approvals are aligned with internal processes
• Follow up on delivery lead times and communicate updates internally
• Prepare buyers' expediting reports and reports required by Executive Supply Chain
• Compile expenditure reports, resolve queries, and process invoices for payment

Requirements:

• Matric
• National Diploma or higher in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration (preferred)
• Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Proficiency in SAP and advanced Excel functions
• Effective communication skills for supplier engagement and internal coordination
• Proactive approach to problem-solving and compliance management
