Position Title: Junior BPA Workflow Designer - Business Automation

Reports to: Senior BPA Division Manager

Support for: BPA Solutions Architect, existing and prospective clients

Location: Cape Town

Hours of work: 8:30am to 5:00pm

Qualification and Experience: Degree / Diploma / Qualification relevant to the position

Working knowledge of:

• Accounting Principles
• Basic Programming (no code)
• Laserfiche (you will be taught this)

Responsibilities and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

1. New client acquisition:

• Research ECM product fit
• Develop a pitch to present to prospective clients
• Demonstration of ECM product
• Scope of Work / POC / POA
• Close - Number of new clients

Implementation of ECM product:

• New scope / POA based on above POC
• Develop
• Train
• Implement
• Ongoing support - Turn-around-time as agreed with all parties noted in the POA

Development of existing clients:

• Follow up calls
• Development of new projects from the results of the above - Number of new projects per existing clients
